Ham and Asparagus Breakfast Pizza

I was feeling creative for breakfast this morning so I whipped up this awesome breakfast pizza for brunch!  To make this quick to put together in the morning use a thin crust Boboli or Freschetta pizza crust and buy shredded cheese instead of a block of cheese!
You can get your veggies, protein, carbohydrates, and calcium in one slice of this pie!

Ham and Asparagus Breakfast Pizza
Serves 5

1 pizza pie crust (homemade or Boboli crust)
1 tsp olive oil
4 eggs
2 Tbsp milk
3/4 cup Mexican shredded cheese
2 scallions, sliced thin
8 spears of asparagus, chopped in 1 in pieces
4 oz of canadian bacon or cooked ham
Pepper, to taste

Preheat the oven to 425.  If using homemade dough, bake pizza crust alone for 10 minutes before adding toppings.  Brush pizza crust with olive oil.  In a small bowl mix 2 of the eggs and 1/4 cup of the shredded cheese.  Spread the egg/cheese mixture on top of the pizza crust.  Spread the rest of the cheese on top and top with ham, scallions, and asparagus.  Crack the last 2 eggs over the top and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese starts to brown and the eggs are cooked.  Cut into 5 slices.
