"Lightened-up" Smoked Salmon Dip

Need a quick and easy appetizer for your New Years Eve party? Make this savory smoked salmon dip to spread on whole wheat crackers as a healthy option! It reminds me of a bagel with lox and cream cheese, but with half of the fat and calories.

Salmon is a great source of Omega 3 Fatty acids and this is a great way to incorporate them into your diet. Find smoked salmon at your local grocery store in vacuum-packed packaging.  If you have leftover dip, add some olive oil and toss it into pasta with cherry tomatoes for a new twist!
