Eating a healthy well balanced diet helps prevent chronic disease and keeps you healthy. The recipes on my blog are low in saturated fats and calories, but more importantly... they are delicious and don't promote the "crash diet" mentality. Eating a diet full of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, provides a combination of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants while filling you up with healthy fiber!  Recipes are great but they don't teach you healthy behaviors, which can be the hardest part.

We all know that its easy to say we are going to do one thing, but simply do another.  I want to give you the motivation to actually do it! It's all about making lifestyle changes, and small, attainable goals.
